From July 1, 2008 the procedure of payment for the apartments in buildings 1 and 2 of VESTA residential complex will be changed.

Due to the fact that in June 2008 the first two houses of VESTA residential complex are planned to be placed in service, from July 1, 2008 the procedure of payment for the apartments purchased in buildings 1 and 2 will change. From now on the payment in installments won’t be applied – the Buyer should pay the full price for the apartment upon signing of the purchase agreement.
